Transition from PRE to POST Installation
Our technical and sales force that are assigned to your account stay with your account to ensure a smooth transition from the first day of the process to post go live.
Management Project Leader
A ChatERP project leader will be assigned to your on site Project Leader Account. This individual with their selected group of ChatERP members will provide you a detail time line of the steps and processes with mile stone events.
Your project leader will provide you reports through out the process. Additional refinements and recommendations to assist your personnel to quickly adapt to the new environment is a number one goal of the ChatERP Team.
